How to Obtain a Quote & Place an Order

1. Obtaining a Quote: In compliance with federal Fair Opportunity procedures (FAR 16.505(b)), all customer requirements—including Requests for Quote (RFQ), Requests for Information (RFI), and Market Research Requests (MRR)—should be submitted through the centralized NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) at www.sewp.nasa.gov. Mutatio responds directly through the SEWP portal with validated contract CLINs and verification files.
2. Submitting Delivery and Task Orders: Orders are issued by authorized Government Contracting Officers and must be routed directly through the NASA SEWP PMO for logging and verification:

   • Fulfillment Notice: In accordance with SEWP PMO regulations, Mutatio begins order fulfillment only after NASA assigns a SEWP Control Number (SCN).
3. Accepted Payment Methods: Mutatio accepts payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT / WAWF) and authorized Government Purchase Cards. Standard terms are Net 30 days.

Customer Support & Post-Delivery Policies

• Onboarding & Service Transition: Project kickoff and resource transition commence within 10 business days of SCN issuance or as mutually agreed upon in the task order Statement of Work (SOW). Mutatio designates an Engagement Lead for every award to manage clearance handoffs, onboarding, and milestone governance.
• Support & Maintenance Policies: Service-level commitments, technical escalation paths, warranty terms, and software/system maintenance are governed by the individual delivery order SOW. Operational customer support is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
• Order Issue Resolution & Escalation: Should any technical, operational, or administrative issues arise during order execution, Mutatio provides an immediate escalation path:
  • Level 1 (Direct Project Support): Contact the assigned Mutatio Project Manager or our dedicated order intake desk at sewporders@mutatioinc.com with the Agency Order Number and SCN.
