Description
Mutatio has a storied Siebel CRM history and we continue to advance the Siebel state-of-the-art. We are looking for developers who have deep Siebel experience. Mutatio developers have the know-how, wisdom and technical chops to build mission critical enterprise Siebel solutions.
Requirements
- Design, develop and support testing of mission critical enterprise Siebel systems
- Maintain systems by identifying and correcting software defects
- Support requirements analysis team as needed
- Create technical specifications and unit test plans
- Work with QA to align understanding of requirements and to develop system test plans
- Work as part of an Agile development team to solve problems and develop project sprints
- Follow and enforce established Siebel coding standards and naming conventions
- Collaborate with UX team to enforce consistent look and feel of user interface
- Collaborate with database and data quality teams to ensure enterprise business and technical goals are met
- Collaborate with IT Operations to ensure hardware and software are aligned to deliver business requirements
- Lead junior developers
- Collaborate with project management team to communicate technical issues and drive timely solutions
- Contribute to project design and technical documentation
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- A minimum of 10 years of experience architecting, designing, configuring, developing, unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deploying Siebel CRM applications
- 10 or more years of experience with Siebel eScript, EAI, Workflows, Business Services, Assignment Manager, SOAP and REST web services
- Over 5 years of experience leading a team of developers, business analysts and test engineers in analyzing, designing, developing, testing and delivering Siebel CRM projects
- At least 4 years of experience with Siebel Open UI IP15, JQuery, HTML and CSS
- Expert experience with performing code reviews, requirement documents (RVTM, SyRS) reviews, design document reviews, test script/plan reviews and review other project documentation and deliverable
- Experience working with Client IT Management and Business stakeholders during deployments, deliverable review and acceptance process.
- Experience with at least three Siebel full application implementations
- Solid working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle)
- Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments and roles
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Proactive, dynamic team leader with keen attention to details
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
